about-purpose
Why we exist

We help create happy, high performing, tech-savvy practices

Train IT Medical was founded in 2006 by Katrina Otto to fill a growing need for independent, high-quality medical software training delivered by experienced professionals who truly understand the realities of healthcare.

After 20 years of evolution, we've grown from a software training provider to a comprehensive technology upskilling and consulting partner. We've learned that great training isn't about features, it's about helping your team use technology to make your practice better for everyone. Our purpose is to help you with what you need to create high performing, happier practices.

Our story

From software training to practice transformation

What started as training on Medical Director and Best Practice has evolved into something much bigger. We quickly learned that any software can be used badly, so we’ve made it our mission to help you use it well and stay confident as technology evolves.

We help practices move beyond basic training to:

  • Use systems and data effectively
  • Improve workflows and efficiency
  • Reduce medico-legal risk
  • Increase revenue
  • Create better patient experiences
  • Support team development
